«We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. Thanks for a great holiday in this stunning cottage — we can only warmly recommend it!»

«Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private. «Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while.»

«Bellissima casa in pietra sul fianco della collina, appena sotto il pittoresco paese di Civitella del Lago. Il posto è estremamente tranquillo (e non potrebbe essere altrimenti, visto che per raggiungere la casa bisogna percorrere 5 minuti di strada bianca!), ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al paese, dove si trova tutto il necessario (alimentari, farmacia, poste, bar, ristoranti). La casa è circondata da un uliveto, ci sono fichi, altri alberi da frutto e lavanda (tantissima!), rosmarino, ...
