«As they say in real estate, the 3 most important factors are: location, location, location. This apartment is in the center of historic Perugia. Quiet neighborhood. We were attending the University for Strangers to learn Italian and had a short 7-8 minute walk to school. Near restaurants, pizzerias, shopping and 3 minutes to the main piazza and cathedral. Communication was fantastic, they went out of their way to be helpful at all times, it was like staying with friends. The apartment is in a great location in the historic centre, accessible to public transport and walkable within the old city. There are supermarkets, cafes and lovely restaurants very close by. Perugia is a very lovely city. We stayed for eight weeks and loved it.»

«We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. «Apartment is funky, whimsical decor that we loved. Owner was very helpful with restaurants and it is 5 minute walk from the city center. Do be aware that it is a strong uphill climb from the nearest parking and that the steps to the unit are steep. It was extremely helpful to have the use of a washer and dryer for a mid trip clothing refresh. «The apartment is big, light-filled and clean. The furniture is very comfortable and the pool is huge and even has a water feature. The grounds are beautiful, with seating areas everywhere. But the best experience was our hostess, Valentina. She's warm and welcoming and so accessible and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.»

No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. «The building is nice and has an elevator. Location is excellent ...right in the middle of town square. However, with that great location comes noise all through the night. «We (wife & I, our kids and their spouses) stayed here in mid-April. Six people in all. The layout of the property is perfect. The views are magnificent.
