«Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (1-5-7 Jahre). Die Unterkunft und das Anwesen passten für uns ganz ideal. Die Küche (bestens ausgestattet) war ein häufiger Treffpunkt.Der grosse Pool war sehr gepflegt, wir verbrachte dort viele Stunden.Das Haus ist in bestem Zustand mit täglich gepflegte Aussenanlagen von Francesco. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. «Guido was very gracious assisting us whenever we had questions. Claudia, who met us at the square was very helpful & guided us to the property. Both were very responsive to any of our needs. «Great place to stay while visiting the Umbrian valley. Peaceful, quiet and convenient for visiting surrounding hill towns. If you have the opportunity to have a meal prepared and served by the personal chef known to the villa owner you must do so, the meal was absolutely fabulous! One of the highlights of our trip.»

«We had a fantastic week in this great house, a real gem! Two families (7 people in total), kids aged 2, 9 and 12. Beautiful views, a very nice pool and outdoor area/garden. It was during a heat wave but the altitude and slight wind and lots of opportunities for shadows made our days very nice.
