«We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Our favorite parts were the absolutely breathtaking views from several rooms, spacious layout affording plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out, and easy communication with the host, who even arranged for a dinner on the beach at Hemingways to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. «All the rooms were clean when we arrived. We tried to make them as clean when we left. The air conditioning was well suited for our needs. The pool was great and the explanation for everything else was as noted. »

«The villa is in a nice, secluded spot with direct access to calm, shallow water that’s ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. We enjoyed jet skis, relaxing by the pool, and having a private chef during our stay. MJ, the house manager, was attentive and very responsive throughout. This was our third time staying here, and it was another great experience!»

«Avalon is a great house! Property was absolutely as advertised. Great pool, beach access, and privacy- both from neighbors and between rooms. Kitchen and all the common areas are well appointed. «Twelve Palms is a phenomenal property. It is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was beautiful, spotless (including the pool), and had everything we needed for fun and relaxation.The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils and dishes allowing us to cook our own meals in our personal resort. The beds are extra comfy and I slept a heavenly 9-10 hours every night.Highly recommend!»
