«The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. »

«Mixed experience overall. The pool was nice, but the beach was the highlight—clear water and great snorkeling right off shore.
Food was the biggest downside. The buffet closed at 12 pm daily, which limited options, and even basic meals often lacked common meats like beef or chicken. Most of the included food was underwhelming. The only standout was the steakhouse, which was excellent—but not included and required an extra charge.

«Food and service way over the top! This resort exceeded all expectations, we couldnt believe how excellent the food was, the breakfast buffet is incredible, made to order omelets and everything in between! Pool bar and poolside service was stellar, you sit down in the pool area and a server immediately comes up to you and brings you anything you want and its all excellent! All of the restaurants have different offerings and each one is better than the last! You walk out of your ocean view suite ...
