«The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! «The staff were amazing, across the board. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to want to make our stay perfect. The entertainment team was great, especially Adrian, Natalie, Razi, and Alejandro. They made our kids feel very special and welcome. The food was fantastic, though beware, there is a buffet at breakfast but all other meals there is no buffet option.
