«The service and quality of food and drinks at the pool bars were sub-par. Multiple waiters seemed to be annoyed when we would order drinks and would ask other people to make them in front of us. Also, the resort has a contract with a taxi service (which is very expensive in comparison to uber) and they make it very difficult to be picked up by an uber. «We booked through Expedia - we were assigned a room very far from the pools, but it was a beautiful walk so we did not mind as much. Although along the walk, you could see many many empty rooms.There was an unusual odor in the room that quickly gave us a headache. We called down to the desk to have someone check it out.
