On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a television. The fully open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor.
