«These hosts were so sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and very peaceful!»

«Peaceful area with beautiful view. The house was super clean and fantastic shape. The host, Anna, was extremely professional, quick to respond, very informative and eager to please. Great job Anna! »

«L’hôte a toujours bien répondu à nos questions. La maison était très bien équipée, au-delà de nos attentes. Lits confortables et cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avions un enfant de 2 ans et les escaliers et rampes ne sont pas sécuritaires pour de jeunes enfants. C’était très spacieux et tranquille. belle piscine. Il faut savoir que c’est a 15 minutes d’un village pour s’approvisionner. »

«We had the best time during our short stay. The house was amazing with a view that can’t be beat. Patrick, the property manager, was the best! From meeting us to show us the way our first day to lining up all of our excursions, he made our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back for a longer stay the next time.»

«Jose was a very welcoming host and great communicator throughout the booking process and our stay at his beautiful property. Words cannot describe and pictures can't capture the amazing views from this home. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but restaurants and markets were nearby. We booked a short stay to visit Monteverde Cloud Forest, but wish we had an extra night to explore and enjoy the area around this property. The compact size was perfect for us as a couple and offered ...

«This place was awesome! It was a perfect location to Monteverde. We definitely recommend doing Abuela’s breakfast in the morning. The host was really responsive and the sunset over the Lou twins was beautiful. My 8 year-old daughter loved the park. It was a perfect place for her to run around, especially after a few hours in the car. The home was beautiful with easy check-in/out instructions. We would 100% stay again. »

«10/10 excellent location it is just like the pictures and the staff was very helpful, definitely coming back !! 👏»

«This property was clean and well-appointed. It was very rainy while we were there, so we only got a short glimpse of the view one morning, but it was beautiful! Lots of birds to watch and since the house is up on the hill it is a bumpy ride to get there but worth it for the privacy and view. We enjoyed being able to come back to this home after our adventures in Monteverde.»

«Good place for staying in Monteverde, the owners are really nice, the place is super cool, has an amazing jacuzzi perfect for the weather, and the house is big two rooms with two baths! Don’t hesitate more and rent immediately, you will never regret. Kindly regards. CR»

«The property was in a nice family neighborhood, with friendly helpful neighbors, and a gorgeous view that was accurate as shown in the photos. We loved El Castillo overall. The host advertised this via Expedia as "Entire place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and that is what I expected we were reserving and paying for. We got there and found it was 2 separate studio rentals on levels 1 and 2 of the house. The landlady was nice ...

«Great place to stay for a week. It might not be the Ritz hotel but if you have a large group you won't find better value on lodging anywhere. The rooms are built fairly critter repelling, but the first night a little green frog got in. I don't mind frogs though, it's Costa Rica after all! Pura Vida!»
