«Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.»

«Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect ...

«Cosy room. Lovely garden to sit outside and admire the countryside.»

«Stille og rolig omgivelser og behagelig service. Rommet var helt greit, romslig med stort og nyoppusset bad. God frokost. Baren derimot var gammel, mørk og bortgjemt.»

I checked my phone and found the electronic receipt from Expedia stating I had pre paid. I went to reception and ...

«I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should ...

«I enjoyed my stay»

«We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again.»
