«Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.»

«This hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in The Bede room which was beautiful, cottage style in decor with the bathroom including whirlpool upstairs. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, food was excellent. There is are also great outdoor spaces. Hollie, the owner was the perfect hostess. This a lovely, pretty little village which also has another pub. This too has a restaurant and we ate there our second night; again the food excellent but very different to the Old White Hart. It ...

«Stille og rolig omgivelser og behagelig service. Rommet var helt greit, romslig med stort og nyoppusset bad. God frokost. Baren derimot var gammel, mørk og bortgjemt.»

«A really great place to spend a night or two. A budget hotel so rooms are compact, with limited in room facilities. However, lovely staff, great WiFi, breakfast if required. Hot drink facilities in the cafe area to help yourself and the bonus of this was being able to make my tea with fresh milk! I would definitely stay here in preference to a Travelodge or many Premier Inns, but don't share the secret!»

«A very nice room with all that you want. Nice storage, a good tv, lovely warm walk in shower. Comfortable beds and bedding.
Probably one of the best family rooms we have visited amongst many hotels.
Only criticism is quite a basic breakfast for the money. Enough for us though.
Hope to stay here in the future as it is a good location for our visit to family in Fleckney.
Very helpfull staff is worth a mention.»

«I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available.
Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed.
Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should ...
