«We were first given a cabin that was very close to the road. The traffic noise, especially early in the morning, was quite loud and made it impossible for us to sleep, even with earplugs. The jacuzzi in that cabin also wasn’t heating properly. We mentioned this to the host, who responded quickly and moved us to the other cabin that was set a bit farther from the road. "Nice place, but there were a few things that could be better: For being a spa resort with swimming pools and hot springs, there are literally no place in the room to hang your wet clothes. Should be more hangers or racks. The staff was mainly friendly but some of them seemed like they hated the guests. Especially the girl in the gift shop was very unfriendly and not helpful at all."
