Dette er et vakkert innredet privat villa med 3 soverom og 2 bad (soveplass til maksimalt 6) i total komfort. På en nydelig utvikling innenfor en 5/7 minutters gange til hoved Avenida i Puerto del Carmen og 5 minutters kjøretur til den lokale 18-hulls golfbane. Store solterrasser, hageanlegg. Fullt vegger for total privatliv med eget basseng. Meget familievennlig. Et godt utvalg av restauranter, barer og supermarked ligger innen lett gangavstand fra villaen. Villaen har gratis ubegrenset wifi og himmel sport og himmel filmkanaler
Villaen har hatt flere oppgraderinger i 2018/2019 med 2 nye bad og et nytt kjøkken og den nyeste oppgraderingen var bassenget ble renovert i mai 2019

We stayed at this villa for 9 nights and had a lovely stay, really cannot fault it.The bedrooms were a good size, as were the 2 bathrooms and very clean and well presented.It was lovely having an upstairs balcony, the views were beautiful, and the whole villa was really well equipped, especially the kitchen.We spent most of our stay outside in the pool area, where there was plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds, and the garden was well maintained.The pool was a good size, heated to a lovely temperature, and was cleaned twice while we were there which is very good.The location of the villa is perfect, a very quiet residential area, but only a few minutes walk to the shops and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea and the strip, which has all the restaurants, bars and shops you could possibly need.Booking was really easy, and Dean, the host, gave us all the information we needed regarding checking in, key codes etc.All in all a great place to stay and I would definitely like to stay there again.

Very Enjoyable 10 days

We had a great time staying at Palm Villa. Villa was very clean with great facilities.Pool area was great with sun shining on it all day. Villa is in a quiet location with just a short 5-10 minute walk from all restaurants and bars.Would definitely stay again.

Great Villa and Great location

Lovely Villa 10-15 mins walk from the front. Great pool Very quiet Has everything you could need (maybe an extension lead or 2 might help but no biggie). Grocery shop 5 mins away. Would definitely recommend. Thank yiu

Location and villa was perfect. Location was just a short 5 min walk to the main strip. Villa what can i say but perfect, everything as described, home from home, everything's there even down to beach towels and fans. Communications from start to finish fast responding to any questions. Would i stay here again..... absolutely.

Lovely villa

We spent two weeks in Palm villa with our two children aged 14 and 20.It was Ideal for us as very spacious and the Bathroom's were great nice showers.The pool was lovely and warm and the view from the upstairs balcony was amazing.we would stay again we had a great holiday.

Summer Holidays

We had a fantastic holiday very hot at times but the pool was fantastic. The villa is very local only a 10 minute walk to the promenade. The villa was very comfortable and well kitted out quite and clean. Dean was very accommodating easy to get in touch with. Pool was kept clean and it was warm and villa was cleaned once a week to a high standard. Would highly recommend Palm Villa

Summer Holiday

Myself, partner and son stayed at the Palm Villa and it was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, excellent amenities and a good location for the main strip of bars/restaurants. Dean was a great host, on hand if we had any questions and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

Family 10 days

Villa is excellent, perfectly situated for a 5minnwalk down to the strip or a little longer (but still not far) down into the old town... Has everything you need home comforts wise and the pool area is more than adequate for 4-6 people .. T.v package and Internet are about the best I've seen on lanzarote as was the fantastic water pressure !!! Villa manager was extremely helpful when required but in all honesty there were no issues to report with the villa itself, which is rare in these cases ... An excellent stay in a fantastic location 👏

Home from home

A great villa in an ideal location to access the main strip of PDC, 3 good sized bedrooms, one double and 2 twins comfortable lounge area with TV and a great balcony with views of the sea, look in the drawers of the lounge area furniture as there were books, games, takeaway menus etc all there for you if you needed them, well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge with freezer compartment, two bathrooms each with a good shower. Hyperdino, English supermarket and a Spar within a few minutes walk. The main strip is about 10 minutes stroll with 2 different streets you can use both of which bring you out about central on the strip (Route 66 area if you know the resort) although as with most accommodation in PDC you have to walk uphill to get back to the villa but its not too steep. Very clean and tidy with a good sized pool. Host was great, popped in a couple of times to see to the pool and was very helpful assisting us get a taxi to get the the airport. Plenty of towels plus a washing machine an iron etc so we easily looked after ourselves but he was available by messenger if we had needed him. Easy to get into initially with very clear instructions for the keys / alarm etc and just as simple to secure when you leave. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and more than likely will. A very nice base for your holiday

Absolutely spot on. Everything listed about the villa is exactly as is and better. Quiet location, 6 mins walk from main Puerto Del Carmen front & beach. Everything you need is provided. Only issue we had was the Mattress and that was just a passing comment when Dean came to check the pool. He sorted it straight away with a new replacement mattress!! Service doesn't get any better. Will definitely go back.

Carmen Villa

Lovely villa, very clean, excellent bathrooms, nice feel. Well appointed and decorated, a little sterile perhaps in places but it is a holiday place with high throughput so with it's nice pics on wall and all furnishings new it felt homely. The balcony and view were excellent, a lovely way to spend breakfast or an evening. The pool also was a great boon and the kids loved playing in that. We loved the fact that the living quarters were upstairs and the view from there was just brilliant. On the downside the dishwasher didn't work and whilst the kitchen is newly done, it had limited stock of cooking equipment, small pans etc., so home catering wasn't really possible for family of 5. Also I was told by the manager that the traditional wooden balcony would be replaced by glass, so if you want traditional Canarian features they may not last. Overall the location, view, pool and balcony made this a wonderful stay.

Perfect family villa

We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) with grandparents as well and had a fantastic 7 day stay in this villa. It was ideally situated a few hundred meters back from the beachfront which meant everything was close by yet the street was quiet. The nearest supermarket is less than 3 minutes walk away with bigger ones and more choice only a little further. It’s close to the airport, a car isn’t required. The villa was very well presented and equipped, there was nothing we didn’t have all week. Dean was very attentive, helpful and responded to queries very promptly. Overall, well recommended, clean and well equipped.

Excellent Villa

This is the third time we have stayed in Palm Villa. Set in a nice quiet area and only a short walk to the front. The upstairs balcony is so relaxing for eating and drinking. Pool is just the right size and depth and still very warm in september. Everything you need for a perfect stay. The recent refurb has made such a difference. Even more comfortable now. Really smart bathrooms and very clean rooms. Many thanks to Dean and the owners

Lovely Villa

After a weeks stay at the Villa, we found it to be really clean and in a great location for the beach, restaurants/bars and town centre. The villa had a good size pool and everything we needed for our holiday. We would definitely recommend Palm villa and would consider booking again.
