With 5 bright and cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (maximum occupancy: 10 people), as well as 3 modern bathrooms, an inviting living room, a stylish dining room, and a spacious kitchen, you'll immediately feel at home.

The spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, and a fully automatic coffee machine. From the kitchen, you'll find the dining room, where you can enjoy breakfast with stunning sea views and a view of the hot tub.

In the living room, you'll find a 65" foldable smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and a Wii game console, as well as two comfortable sofas and a stunning view of the sea. On the upper terrace, you'll find the outdoor spa area with a whirlpool/jacuzzi for up to 6 people, located in a sheltered winter garden. Here, you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea – ideal for a bottle of champagne!

Below the spa, the sun terrace invites you to unwind. This is also where you'll find the heated 18 m² wellness saltwater pool (optionally heated for a weekly energy fee of EUR 155.25) with a surrounding sun terrace. To the right, you'll find a well-equipped fitness center.

Outdoors, a bocce court, an archery range, and volleyball and badminton courts round out the recreational offerings. Here, you can explore freely, while most areas of the property are private.

Please note the following information for your stay:

- The villa is private. Equipped with an alarm system that must be activated upon departure. The property is under video surveillance.

- The furnishings should not be rearranged to ensure the comfort of all guests.

- The interior furnishings are not suitable for outdoor use and may not be taken outside.

- Bath towels are provided (one small and one large per person), but beach towels are not provided. You must bring your own shower and toiletries, but you can usually find some leftovers from previous guests.

- For the fully automatic coffee machine, you will need coffee beans, which are available in supermarkets or may have been left over from previous guests. The same applies to laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.

- Please ensure hygiene when using the pool and hot tub. It is recommended to shower before use to maintain water quality.

- Please do not make any changes to the technical settings; professional staff will be available for this.

The air conditioning in the property is time-controlled and is available during meal times and in the evenings. If you would like to use the air conditioning around the clock, you can do so for an energy surcharge of EUR 15 per day per unit.
