First floor apartment with sea views, located in the major leisure area of Puerto del Carmen, where the main celebrations of Carnival, San Patrick or the locasl Festivity of El Carmen take place, very close to the beach, the main avenue and all services such as buses, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, ideal for a holiday without a car. Perfect for couples, solo travellers or small group of friends.

The property is furnished in Canarian style and is fully equipped with all facilities: the kitchen has a fridge, 3 Vitroceramic cooking zones, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nescafé coffee machine. There is a complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer, washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board with drying area. Bed linen and bath towels are also provided.

The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed. In the bedroom there is also a large built-in wardrobe. The flat is air-conditioned.

In the living room there is a large sofa bed, SmartTv and air-con for the hotter days. The whole house is equipped with Wi-Fi, ideal for smartworking. Casa Varadero has also a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs where you can enjoy the wonderful Canarian weather and sea views.

This accomodation is perfect for two people but can accommodate up to 4 people without any problem - thanks to the sofa bed located in the living room. If you want a fun and comfortable holiday Casa Varadero is your best choice!



It is very important to mention that, just a 10 minute walk away, is the Fariones Sports Centre, a large space with gardens and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool for adults and children, various tennis and paddle courts and an outdoor crossfit area. In the flat you will find a numbered card which gives unlimited access to the centre to all registered occupants.

All facilities can be used free of charge, except for the tennis court, which must be booked and paid for directly at the sports centre. It is also possible to attend all the supervised classes given at the centre.

The swimming pool is heated all year round to a temperature of 26ºC. The opening hours of the centre are Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.
