Very good value for money, easy checkin & out, able to park right outside, room clean & tidy, facilities excellent- everything we needed & use of fridge very convenient. Will stay again & recommend unreservedly.

This was a great location. The staff were super helpful leadung up to check in. So easy for us to walk where we needed to. We got upgraded to the family room which turned out to be a bonus for when my partner gets up at stupid o'clock, it meant he didn't keep me awake. I would stay here again if i ever find myself in York again.

Positives. Easy walk into York. Nicely decorated rooms. Helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Negatives. Steep stairs - no lift. Overwhelming hot bedrooms (during this heatwave) with little ventilation to the point of us almost quitting during the night. Traffic noise in front bedrooms. No staff on site after 6pm.
