«We needed a one night stay in Marco Island during an extremely busy tourist time and this was one of only a few places available on the island at a fair cost. The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!»

«We have passed by Marco Island on previous vacations, usually on the way somewhere else. This time we decided to stay a few days, and pleased we did. «Andrew accommodated us needing an early check in with no issues. We walked in and found the place to be updated and very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. It was perfect for our family. We had a great time and would stay again.»

«This unit provided all items needed for a great day at the beach - plenty of beach towels, beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, and four chairs. Super convenient especially when flying in. Just a heads up for families with children - the condo complex does close the pool half hour after sunset. My kids like to swim later evenings after supper but we’re not able to here.»

«Came in from out of town for a wedding. We arrived early and the owners happily let us into our rooms. The place is brand new and has a washing machine which I needed. The bonus on top of all of this was two bikes that we could ride into town on, less than 2 miles away. Comfortable, clean and quiet what more could you ask for.»

«If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!»

«We would definitely choose this comfortable and extremely clean bungalow again. The property is older but the owner has done their best to update it to make it very welcoming. My only issue was communicating with the owner, which was a bit of a challenge. However, once we spoke I found him accommodating and professional.»

«We've stayed in various rentals in Old Naples and had great experiences. This condo was in a decent location and was clean, but lacked many basic supplies/amenities that you would expect. We had to buy TP, paper towels, laundry soap, a beach umbrella, plastic wrap, etc. No cleaning supplies at all. Not even a dustpan and brush. Had to request more towels. Also, none of the blinds worked, the slider to the lanai didn’t work properly. They did fix a chirping smoke detector. We enjoyed Naples and ...

«My friend and I chose this location to be close to the US Open pickleball tournament and it is indeed close about 1 mile away. Close to grocery and a few nice restaurants. The property was very nice, neat and has everything you need. The rental is in a neighborhood that is an interesting, some properties well kept and others not so. A male came knocking on our door looking for a specific person. As we denied knowing them, they left without incidence.»

"This was our first stay at this hotel chain, we travel extensively so excited to try it. A bit further away from Marco Island and Naples than we anticipated but really comfortable and clean room, and huge bonus with the breakfast! Hotel seemed a bit understaffed - the sleeper couch lacked covers and pillows when going to bed, despite me indicating we were travelling with kids, and I had to wait 35 minutes to get covers which was not cool when kids are tired. But other than that, a good experience! Comfortable common areas and great bonus with a gym. Seems like a very family friendly chain. "
