The Space:

The apartment is located in a new building located on the sea.



A very warm apartment where you can feel at home from the first second, this is a three bedroom apartment and a large living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. It is furnished and equipped to the smallest detail so that you can arrive with only your luggage and start a vacation that you weren't so looking forward to.



The apartment is so close to the sea, 20 meters (!) from the beach.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment and everything in the apartment is available for guests and they are welcome to use and enjoy everything the apartment has to offer.

The building is located right on the Bat Yam promenade, a minute's walk from the beach.



The area is bustling with life, the Bat Yam promenade is full of restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds. Everything is terribly close and accessible and the location is just amazing and ideal for a holiday and to maximize the experience.

1. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Israeli residents will be charged an additional VAT of 18% on the total booking price. For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.



2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



5. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. This age requirement is firm and applies to the primary guest making the reservation. Please ensure you meet this requirement before submitting your booking request.

We are a professional hosting company that believes in a personal and dedicated attitude to all our guests.
