«This property is in a great location close to the m shops and amenities in Broughty Ferry. The apartment itself is beautifully presented and very clean. It had everything we wanted and there was ample space for four adults and two teenagers. Would highly recommend and definitely intend to use this apartment again.»

«Perfect place to get away and recharge. Fern lodge offers everything you need for a countryside getaway. Comfy beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean with nice furnishings. Nice views to a large pond with local wildlife to keep you company. The wheelchair access was a bonus giving our son more independence. Thanks to Donna for excellent communication.»

«The house is absolutely gorgeous! Maintained to a very high standard. Gorgeous bedrooms and a beautiful lounge area which was ideal for our trip. Our gran is approaching 90 and we wanted to spend time with her somewhere relaxing and nice. This was perfect! The views are spectacular! The house has everything you may need and the hosts have thought of everything. Hosts were in contact if we needed them and are very accommodating and friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars overall, was because the kitchen lacked some of the basics (salt, sugar...) and the beds were not terribly comfortable. However, we would stay here again if in the area. The cliff view, cleanliness, and great host communication was appreciated.»
