Vertshus i Tancah

«We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we ...

«Excelente lugar»

«Excelentes instalaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable y atentos. Excelente menú y sabor de los desayunos y comidas. La habitación muy cómoda y excelente vista a la alberca y playa.»

«Mange fantastiske ansatte som gir oss reisende en god opplevelse. Spesielt må servitøren Angel i restauranten Bordeux nevnes, meget trivelig og kompetent. Ellers er området ganske slitent og har behov for en oppgradering. F.eks. er det veldig mange solsenger som er ødelagte.»

«Despite previous good reviews, this hotel is sadly currently a scam. We arrived to check in Sunday July 13th to find it was closed «for refurbishment». We had booked months in advance and have been continuously reachable via phone/hotels.com. And yet Alea made no attempts to warn us in advance. Instead we were told nonchalantly on arrival that we had been «relocated» to a different hotel where the room we were offered and facilities turned out to be below the standard we had already paid Alea ...

«The house and cenote is beautiful.»

«I fell in love with this place. It was just what I needed - rest, relaxation, peace, fun, beauty. The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! The massage was amazing! Everything was amazing and a wonderful escape from my stressful days.»

«the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.»

«Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.»

«Very nice and accommodating reception staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice to be so close to the Santa with the Tours included.»

«The location on Soliman's Bay is stunning and protected from sargassum by the barrier reef. The hotel property is similarly stunning: beautiful rooms, a beautiful restaurant, a refreshing pool, and many well-appointed commons and recreational spaces. It's really beautifully designed--picturesque, architecturally impressive, relaxing, with scenic views over the mangroves and the bay, with abundant wildlife, and great swims. Snorkeling immediately in front of the hotel is not as good as the ...

«A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly ...

«Oppholdet vi hadde var fint, men det ligger utenfor allfarvei. Ønsker du helt ro og stillhet er det et perfekt hotell. Men, ønsker du litt mer liv og mennesker ligger dette hotellet helt galt til. Personalet er hyggelig og maten på restauranten var god. Fin liten strand rett ute for. Taxxi til byen eller fra byen er alt fra 250,- til 500,- pr vei. »

«Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day. ...

«We had a wonderful week here. Mac was very responsive and helpful. The pool was great. The place was beautifully furnished. Had lots of great meals both in town and just down the street. We even got to see turtles nesting on the beach just off the pool deck.»
