«Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.»

«We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. »

«We had a great time at Panacea Hotel. We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in to the reception. We had a Deluxe Suite, with 2 Bedrooms. Great value for the money! Complimentary water and a fruitbasket was provided at arrival. It was bigger than we expected, clean and modern with everything you need, complete kitchen, high chair for the baby. «Xambé is a little peace of heaven! We stayed on the top floor and the view is incredible. Very safe and quiet area. 5-10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. I would recommend having a car. Surrounding area is all very nice and also very safe. Romina and Baltazar took amazing care of us! Highly recommend. This was my second time staying here and I hope to return again someday!»

«The hotel is situated so isolated that it almost feel unsafe. The reception is only staffed until 7pm and no amenities, services, food, minibar or anything. My room had a roof top pool, but it was not able to lock the door to the roof, and the door between the room next door (from the roof) was not locked either. Basically the room next door could walk freely into my room and vice versa. Not safe. »

«Perfect stay! The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Theres 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1st floor has a cool outdoor shower).
