«Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. «When booking this stay I did not know it was an apartment and asked for a refund because l was traveling solo and did not want to book an air bnb. The owner denied me of my refund stating it says it in the booking, but it did not state this info. Also they did not provide any face towels. I was told they lived next door. "Amazing stay at a great hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was large and great, and the cleaning personell were very thorough. The Rosewater restaurant had tasty food, and very pleasant staff that made our mornings perfect. Everyone on the staff at Casa Zamna were great. The guys at the beach making our stay filled with good energy, while the front desk helped us with everything we needed. Cristian, Pablo, Fernando, Manuel, Benigno, Sergio, Salvador, Louis - everyone contributed greatly to our stay being something we'll cherish forever. We hope to be back one day!"
