«Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day. ...

«The staff was very friendly and helpful. It matches with the description. But a lot of things didn’t work when I arrive, the wifi didn’t work, no TV signal, the stove top didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff did respond quickly to come fix things. The good side is the AC, shower, laundry washer and dryer all works great. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for me, for the whole 15 days, and there is no cleaning for the whole duration of the booking, which matches with the ...

"Amazing stay at a great hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was large and great, and the cleaning personell were very thorough. The Rosewater restaurant had tasty food, and very pleasant staff that made our mornings perfect. Everyone on the staff at Casa Zamna were great. The guys at the beach making our stay filled with good energy, while the front desk helped us with everything we needed. Cristian, Pablo, Fernando, Manuel, Benigno, Sergio, Salvador, Louis - everyone contributed greatly to our stay being something we'll cherish forever. We hope to be back one day!"
