«Mange fantastiske ansatte som gir oss reisende en god opplevelse. Spesielt må servitøren Angel i restauranten Bordeux nevnes, meget trivelig og kompetent. Ellers er området ganske slitent og har behov for en oppgradering. F.eks. er det veldig mange solsenger som er ødelagte.»

«We had a top floor Seaside suite with a swim out. It was very nice. Only complaint was the room next to us was being renovated. The Noise & Paint Fumes were missable my husband complained but nothing was done. We were trying to work & enjoy our room but the smell was bad/ dangerous. »

«Overall, the resort is very beautiful and organized. It’s pleasant to simply be there with the modern design and look. However, the rooms are a bit poorly established: the bathroom did not have a fan so throughout our weekly stay, the smell was pungent.
The staff was very nice and respectful, and it was very nice to have a shuttle system traveling 24/7 past all living quarters to pick up and drop off the people vacationing.
We really enjoyed the events that were planned throughout our time. ...

«The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close.
The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality.
