«This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area.»

«Great hotel! Definetly recommending it. Fantastic staff, ok breakfast, super nice rooms. 20 minutes (with bikes) to the beach and you can borrow big towels from the reception. We were so happy with our room, on the ground floor with terrace close to the pool. While in Tulum, make sure you visit these restaurants: El Asadero and Buenos Aires, best steak ever! Best drinks in town: Le Petit Paris. Enjou your stay, we certainly did! When coming back to Tulum, we will stay here.»

"The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close. The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality. In general the food was really good, and the breakfast buffet not too crowded. They also had an a la carte breakfast option. The only thing regarding food is that we expected a little bit more from the Mexican restaurant, considering we are in Mexico. Also the fish, exept from the sush, was not the best. But the drinks were great in every place we tried All in all we could definitely recommend this hotel. "
