«Superbe hôtel, propre et au goût du jour (comme sur les photos). Le personnel super sympathique et il offre des déjeunés (non inclus) le matin. Par contre loin de tout, nous avons l'option de louer un vélo mais les routes sont en mauvais état dans ce secteur donc c'était plus ou moins pratique. Mais sinon pour le prix ça en vaut la peine! »

«It was ok. It’s old and a bit tired. The beds were comfortable, the a/c works and there is very friendly and helpful staff. But there were constructions working right next door and it’s not sound proof at all, so we never got to fully relax either on the room, the balcony or by the pool. The shower were also a bit hard to regulate. The location is good, both central and yet private! Lots of good breakfast and lunch options nearby, also a very good supermarked within walking distance!»

«Noelli, the front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and wonderful. All of the staff were great! Pros: location, location, location! Super awesome setting. Staff were all amazing. Cons: molt on tents (everything here has molt, it's inevitable with the environment). The first night it was difficult to sleep. The lack in being able to take a shower when we wanted - no hot water. We had to wait on the water tanks to refill. That was inconvenient but overall not a big deal. Overall, great ...

«This hotel beat my expectations. Such a cute, simple and clean beachfront property. Staff was extremely accommodating and answered any questions for us. Besides being directly on the beach, it is very close to many good bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I am back in Tulum. »

«It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful.»

«Si vous ne voulez pas dormir, allez-y ! Une literie des plus horribles où vous avez les ressorts du matelas qui vous casse le dos, les jambes et les épaules. Et ce n'est pas une exception car tous les matelas du dortoir étaient semblable. Le petit déjeuner se résume en une tasse de café avec 2 toasts confiture OU un bol de fruits.»

«It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging.»

«This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area.»

«Didnt get to stay got there no one was at the reception place is nothing to do with a hotel has a bad aspect dosnt look in good conditions and the location no good a person that stays there saw me looking for someone and he toldme that the person in charge left and be back probably next day and that this is all the time so i am very disapoint but in a way haply because i didnt like that place at all »
