«Just a long weekend for relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, eating delicious food, and taking some walks. The location on Half Moon Bay is perfect for easy access to the snorkeling in the bay where we say sting ray, cuttlefish, skate, turtles, and tens of thousands of colorful fish in and around the reef. Seaweed was a bit gross along the water edge, but no smell because of how they treat it. La Lunita restaurant, located at our building, was delightful and delicious. Everyone is so friendly. ...

«The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!!»

«This property was exactly what we were hoping for. It was away from the hustle and bustle and encouraged us to unplug and live in the moment. We used the pool and beach daily. So nice to have the balance of the pool and the ocean. A/C works well in bedroom and a great breeze comes through for the rest of the condo. Daily housekeeping is a great perk and the walk to Midway Food Store is short and easy to get some supplies. We would definitely stay here again. It was fabulous!»

«There are many places to stay in Akumal, but as a couple, this was perfect for us. The place was always cleaned everyday, and the grounds were also clean. We wanted a place we could have a private getaway, but a great oceanfront view. Some may complain of the palm trees that block a portion of the ocean, but we thought they added to the view. Most days on the beach it was hard to count a handful of people you could see. The deck was quite large, with plenty of privacy. The lighting at night was ...

"The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close. The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality. In general the food was really good, and the breakfast buffet not too crowded. They also had an a la carte breakfast option. The only thing regarding food is that we expected a little bit more from the Mexican restaurant, considering we are in Mexico. Also the fish, exept from the sush, was not the best. But the drinks were great in every place we tried All in all we could definitely recommend this hotel. "
