Yuri’s pool house. Salty & heated pool

The Yuri’s House is located in one of the quietest neighborhoods of carrollwood, just a few minutes from all services and the well-known Citrus park Mall. You can go for a walk or ride a bicycle in complete peace of mind. We also have an incredible park for pets, kids and adults, very close.

If you are considering staying, please take a couple of minutes to read the rules and handling of the house.

The House is decorated with simplicity and only what is necessary to feel comfortable. We have an equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook.

Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 . Maximum 2

please, pick up your droppings daily, and leave all areas of the house clean before you check out.
We will charge an additional fee of 150.00 if you leave feces in any area.

“The salty heated pool”
The salty pool is heated for an extra daily cost of $50.00 . ( it’s a charge for a service) it’s not included on your booking payment and it must to be paid directly to me before your booking. The heater must to be set up per booking, it’s not possible to turn it on and off per day.
You must notify us in advance if you want the heated pool or not, please.
It is important to note, that the water remains warm with the heater at an average temperature of 82 degrees, but it doesn’t feel hot ( like a hot tube) specially in the winter with low ambient temperatures.

The pool area is monitored 24 hours a day by cameras for security purposes.
We have a protection for children, you must to set up it by your self ( it’s next to the vertical laundry)
Please, supervise your little ones whenever they are in the pool area.
If during your stay you observe any cloudy coloration in the water, or if the robot stop, please report it to me immediately. It’s really important to To fill the pool water, you just have to put the nearest hose and keep the water level at half or above the blue tile
keep the robot in the pool and do not take it out of the water at any time.

It is strictly forbidden to be naked in the pool area, please, note that we have neighbors in front and on both sides. If there is a report from the neighbors, and it is verified by the cameras violating this rule, this will be grounds for eviction immediately without any refund. FYI. My house has a small studio located in the old garage. This one has its own front door and driveway with separating potted plants. NO access to the pool, NO access to any part of the house, Completely fenced and delimited from the house. This is for personal use only. It remains empty most of the year. Some times You may see a car parked in a driveway designated for the studio. Guests have 4 additional parking spaces. If you have any question, please contact me before your booking.

Great Family Vacation!

The house was exactly what we wanted. A large house in a good neighborhood with a heated pool and near stores and restaurants. Yuri was very accomodating and had an easy checkout process, unlike some other houses. Wifi was great too and everyone loved the patio area.

Private house in Tampa

Yuri’s house is well supplied with everything we needed. We didn’t use the popcorn maker or the cotton candy spinner but it was there in case we needed it. The older heated pool was maintained every couple of days, kept clean and clear. Watching the birds in the pond behind the house was a highlight. We took the dog to Carrolwood dog park daily which was a five minute drive. Tampa and Tarpon Springs was easily accessed from this location. Read the listing carefully all things we found accurate.

Exactly as advertised.

Clean and comfortable home with a very responsive host. This home has a lovely lake behind the pool where Florida birds visit daily. We saw many turtles also. We relaxed for two weeks, the host texted a list of restaurants in the area that we really enjoyed. We also visited Tarpon Springs for Greek food at Hellas, Punta Gorda’s Fisherman's Wharf, The Dalí Museum in St. Pete’s and the Riverwalk in Tampa and Naples.

No Privacy. Unplanned Roommate

If you’re planning on enjoying a family oriented vacation in a private home with a pool, avoid this property. Upon check in, we noticed a car in the driveway. After messaging the host, Yuri, she apologized that she forgot to mention before hand that her nephew lives in the attached garage which has direct access to the “private” pool area. She insisted it was an independent apartment and he wouldn’t be an issue however, it was under the same roof on the other side of the kitchen. The entrance to the garage has full access to the pool. After voicing that we were uncomfortable sharing a space with a stranger, especially when my 3 young children would be swimming in the pool, she offered no accommodations and refused to refund our money. We stayed 1 night out of the 8 we had booked due to safety concerns. We were forced to leave and had to rent another property for the remainder of our Christmas vacation and are still out $2,900 for this private house that is actually an apartment. The host also requested the $275 pool heater fee to be paid via cash app or direct deposit into her account which is strictly against VRBO policy. Incredibly disappointed to have been misled as we never would have booked this house having known it is not as listed. I would absolutely never even consider renting from this host again.

This was a Terrific Stay

The property met all of our expectations. The owner was responsive during the pre-stay communications, and was available to answer questions during the stay. The place was very nice, the pool was great, the view from the patio lovely, and the rooms accommodated our family well. If the opportunity presents itself in the future, we would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful house and perfect location to everything.

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect and clean. The location of the house was near everything like supermarket, restaurants, fast food, down town Tampa was only 30 min away, Clearwater was only 40 min, water parks, amusement parks. It was amazing. I would definitely recommend this house and location for a family, friends etc to enjoy. This is our 2nd time renting this house from last year. Don’t miss out rent this house for your family to enjoy.

We have been renters of homes in Florida for years and the outside back yard of this home has everything you want. Huge pool with a nice deep end, covered patio with Tv etc. just go inside to sleep and got to enjoy outdoors a lot. Would rent again for sure

Tampa family vacation

We had an amazing time at this location/house. The neighbor hood was very quite. The house had everything you would need to enjoy it. The kids loved the big pool/backyard, which had a lot of room to enjoy the pool and eat outside. Plus the stores where 5min away. Downtown Tampa was only 30 min. All I can say is that everything was a short distance away like stores, shopping centers, water parks 30 min, amusement parks 30 min and downtown Tampa. It’s was beautiful and we will be back again soon. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing getaway with friends and family with everything near by. Thanks again for letting my family enjoy your beautiful house in which it was in the perfect area close to everything .

Beautiful home

My family and I were there over Fourth of July. The home is beautifully decorated everything was great we had an over abundance of things we could use. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. Nice quiet neighborhoodBy day two of our stay the pool had become a little cloudy but they were able to send someone to maintain the pool. Unfortunately the pool maintenance company put chemicals in a pool that we weren’t able to swim in the pool after that.

Relaxing family vacation

Beautiful open and bright house. The lanai was fabulous. We spent the majority of our time there. The dog loved it too. The pool very refreshing for those hot days. Great place for a family to stay. Location was about 30 minutes outside of Tampa. Very easy to get around. Will definitely be back!!

The owner was very nice the Home had everything that we could need and more. Maybe just some chaise lounge chairs so you can lay in the sun by the pool would be the only thing I would add. We had the greatest time staying there we brought our two little dogs and they loved it and write down the main street from there was a dog park that they really enjoyed

Great family vacation!

Yuri’s house was very clean and the large pool was nice to take a swim with the kids after a long hot day! We were surprised how deep the one end of the pool was! Great Family Memorial Weekend

The property was clean and had all the cooking and grilling supplies we needed to have a family cookout by the pool. It was great fun with my family, the kids, and my pets. The owner was very thorough with communication and gave ample instructions. The only cons throughout the weekend was the inaccessibility to the washer and dryer and the temperature of the pool. I would highly recommend switching to salt water pool which helps the pool to maintain a suitable temperature. It was too cold to enjoy, however the kids did not mind. Overall the Pros definitely outweighed the cons and I would recommend this location to others.
