Despite being a brand new hotel, there were several problems which we never expected from a new hotel. To start with the first room we were put in was the weirdest room I've ever stayed in. Located behind the elevator mechanical room I'm pretty the cleaning staff didn't even know it was there. The brand new shower was missing any soap or shampoo dispensers and there isn't even a shelf to put a bar of soap on. There are no deflectors on the edge of the shower door so you get a lake of water on the floor every time you use the shower. Randomly in the middle of the night one of the breakers for the room popped and we almost lost a fridge full of food if we hadn't noticed it wasn't working.
After all that we asked to move into a different room, which at least had shampoo and soap in the shower. Still no water deflectors so you got a lake of water on the floor each time.
Overall the fit and finish of this hotel is very poor and it's not going to take very long before it is in bad condition.
