The property was fine as a place to sleep and a central location in Tampa, but trying to communicate with the host was not fun. I asked for an additional night as I couldn’t edit the booking myself and was told yes. Then, a week before I left to get out there, I asked about the extra night, since I hadn’t seen anything in my inbox and was told it had been booked. I will say the host moved me to a different location that filled my needs, but when I went to actually enter the property, I realized I was sent the code to a different room on the same property. The next night, I had to text the host to ask for the code to get into the original property I had booked since the code wasn’t in any of the original instructions sent. The hosts account had originally said the host spoke English and Spanish, but clearly only speaks Spanish and minimal English, making it extremely hard to actually communicate.
