This fully private one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment space is located on the second story of a 1920's Seminole Heights guest house loaded with modern day comfort and convenience. It is located in the private, safe, and serene rear-yard of the owners craftsman bungalow of the same vintage time-period.

Offering a full kitchen, living room, balcony, king bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The space is tastefully decorated, functional, and comfortable throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size fridge with in-door ice and water, oven, microwave, dishwasher, under-cabinet lighting, as well as all the basics you'll need to make a chef-inspired meal. A drip coffee machine and a French press are also available for coffee lovers.

The living room has a queen sofa-sleeper and a 65" Smart TV with all the apps to stream your favorite shows (guest requires their own streaming service accounts). A pop-up coffee table also doubles as a work space or secondary dining area. Classic board games are also available for the family to enjoy.

The private balcony is directly off the living room features a pair of comfy swivel chairs with bistro table plus outdoor sofa, perfect for a morning coffee, bird-watching, or just listening to the nearby bamboo and other trees swaying in the wind.

The king bedroom suite is outfitted with a comfy king-size bed, 55" wall-mounted tv, side tables, a dresser, mirror and plenty of natural light throughout.
