House was clean and comfortable for our short stay. If traveling with a larger group one bathroom could be a bit inconvenient. Backyard was a nice space to hang out and enjoy some sun. The house was well stocked with games if you intend to entertain with family/friends. Neighborhood was definitely a little questionable (quite a few dilapidated buildings, empty lots, etc) but seemed quiet overall. Probably a good idea to take a look at the street view of the surrounding area before booking as we were a bit surprised on the drive in. Overall a pretty decent spot for a small group and I would recommend.

Had a very nice stay in the nicely remodeled home. You would never know this house is 100 years old. Very clean and comfortable. Host was quick to respond to all messages.

We loved our stay here. House is the perfect place at a reasonably price. We stay here before and after our cruise. Its about 10 minutes to the cruise port, and about 15 minutes to the airport. We walked to the streetcar (20 minute walk) and took that to downtown Tampa to explore.Host was awesome and accommodated an early check in the day we got off the ship, which we were very grateful for!House has basic necessities (more than a "starter pack", such as toliet paper, paper towel, and shampoo and conditioner.We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, neat and comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Ybor City. An easy walk brings you to the heart of downtown. Only a block and a half away is our favorite bakery. The hosts were very friendly and supportive. Ann, Mike and I would defiantly stay again.

Had a great stay. The home was easy to check into. Rooms were clean and very inviting. Had an alight issue with a light being out but the owner sent someone to fix it within a couple of hours and it didn’t impact our stay at all. The backyard was great for our dog. Will stay here again next time we go back to Tampa.

The gated backyard was a plus, offering secure off-street parking because the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe. We were not comfortable walking our dog around the neighborhood and there was no grass on the property for our dog. The outdoor area wasn’t well maintained. Inside, the furniture was stained, the flooring was damaged, and some basic essentials like hand towels were missing. Manually opening and closing the gate each time we came and went was inconvenient. With better upkeep, the property could be much more enjoyable.

The house was accurate according to the photos in the description online. It was a very cute place and I wish we could’ve spent more time on the property, we were here for a convention and it was a nice home away from home. The water pressure in the bathroom is absolutely the best. We will definitely come back to stay!

GREAT Place, wonderful vacation !

Awesome place ! Clean, fun, & convienat ! We stayed 1 night for my brother's birthday. Short walk into YBOR for good food, bars, & karaoke. I highly recommend the property for a good time !!!!

Ybor Hostory

The property was clean with a great bathroom. We had a longer stay so we needed to get a few more items for cooking, the hosts were great about reimbursing us. The house is older and there was a little smell you get with older homes. Not everyone in our party even noticed it.

Great. Close enough to things we wanted to do. Like Amerature works. Also a trolly within walking distance that took us down downtown area. Went to a Saint Patrick parade that we happened to stumble unon
