«Dated requiring refurbishment also when we opened bedroom there was loads of birds droppings on the corner of the window cill because there was a house Martin or swallow had been nesting therefor had to close window and get no fresh air. «The property was nice and clean. Parking was easy, right on the property. Located right on the beach and footpath, so the ocean view was nice. The owner supplied all of the usual conveniences in the kitchen and bath. I was concerned about the Alexa device that seemed to be always listening, so we unplugged it. The radiator beside the tele was emitting an electronic signal, but I could not find the actual source. We were unable to operate the heating, so it was a little chillier than we expected. ...

«This location was a little unique since there was no direct face to face human interaction at all. Having said the above, the facility was very nice and charming. I will comment it is a bit annoying to have a lock and door handle system which required both hands on numerous occasions, coming up making trips to and out of the room very annoying.»

Unfortunately, the apartment itself was quite tired and not particularly comfortable. There was an odd, musty odor on the first floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected.
