Exciting news! The Granny guest house construction is finished and can now host five more guests. We can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, making Les Villa perfect for large groups and family gatherings.

In a peaceful street in Kingswood, you'll find "Les Villa," a 3-bedroom house that offers a getaway from city life. It's close to Penrith town, Nepean Hospital, and about 38 km from Scenic World.

The home has a 55-inch TV with lots of channels and Netflix for entertainment. We also provide a tasty breakfast with fresh cereals, milk, tea, and coffee. Two bedrooms have comfy double beds, and the third room has two single beds.

Les Villa boasts a convenient location, easily accessible via the M4 and Great Western Highway. Simply take a turn onto Northern Road from the M4 and then right onto Brinjelly Road. Follow this until you reach Oag Crescent, and continue until you spot number 12 on the left-hand side.

If traveling on the Great Western Highway, turn onto Brinjelly Road and then right onto Oag Crescent.

Please maintain cleanliness by throwing rubbish in designated bins and keeping the villa tidy. If you use any game equipment, clean it after use and return it to its place. Guests with pets are requested to clean up after them, including disposing of waste properly and keeping the space pet hair-free. To conserve energy, please switch off all lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the villa.
