«I've stayed here several times over the years and it's always been enjoyable, each room is like a 1 bedroom apartment with it's own kitchenette which attracted me to the place at first. The manager and the employees are always nice and help when you have an issue, it may not be a 5 star hotel but to me it's a 5 star all the way, a diamond in the rough. I will keep coming back as long as they are there. Thank you Affordable Suites for another great stay. »

«The view was the selling point of this rental. It is located next to a busy road/bridge which made was loud. Also some minor things like the back door is poorly installed and it made a very loud humming sounds with wind (sounded like a jack hammer). Also some mold issues which I understand is high risk given its proximity to the water. Overall it was clean, spacious and the set up was very family friendly. »

«We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Mermaid. It was a great location for us as my husband’s family had a beach house rented not far away but there wasn’t space for us and this space was perfect for 2 to go hang out with them and then come back to peace and quiet. I wish Emerald Isle was only 6-8 hours away instead of a 17 hr drive because I’d be back every year.»

«The owners were so welcoming and gracious in allowing us to use just about anything at the house . Galin even met us when we arrived and helped my husband get our boat into the water and also helped load it up when we left (which is great since I, the wife, know how to help with zero of its). «East of the sun was an older property but was clean with a friendly staff. They took care of things when needed in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the back yard some fresh and some older. It was a short walk to the beach and they did supply a wagon, boogy boards, and chairs. »

«This is by far the best home we have rented and we all wished we could stay longer! Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Gorgeous views and the dock was such a great place to relax right there on the water. Mike and Pauline were wonderful hosts and share their sweet dogs, Buddy and Lexi Lou, with guests. We will stay again in the future, for sure!»

We were supposed to stay for a few days, but Tropical Storm Debby interrupted our plans and after communication with my gf, her family and the staff at the Boutique, we made the tough decision to not drive down. The communication between myself and the Boutique was very professional and helpful. The refund took only a day or two before it was back into my account.
