Stone House Dream

We wish to welcome you to beautiful stone house in a heart of Sutivan, in quiet residential area where car free zone lets you explore the place within a few minutes’ walk. House is situated just a minute walk from the sea.

Stone house Dream is located in a protected historical part of Sutivan and has been newly renovated with a care, respecting tradition during 2022/2023 winter period, to be seen and enjoyed as a place of longing, vacation and retreat. It is designed with stylish décor with a character, natural materials, neutral colours, and organic textures that transmit comfort.

The house offers you lot of opportunities to make your vacation even more relaxed and enjoyable. It is ideal place where friends and families can spend some good time together, as we can accommodate up to ten people, with all the comforts you wish for a pleasant vacation.

The ground floor has 2 well equipped kitchens with a dining area, two toilets and a specially designed open kitchen area with a barbecue, wine cooler flat screen TV and other amenities where you can make some great memories, celebrations and after dinner conversations that go on forever and beyond. We have 2 sofa beds (very comfortable for 1 person each) in the 2 living rooms.

The ground floor has a nice patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee during hot summer days.

Respecting the nature, we are happy to enjoy the swallow nest in the open kitchen area. Swallows often travel long distances in large flocks, which many feels symbolise family connections and good fortune.

The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms. Each of the 3 rooms has a flat TV screen, air-conditioning and its own private bathroom with washing machine.

In a southern part of the house, bedroom includes a beautiful open gallery with two beds for one person.

Special rooftop terraces meet all the extra comfort for our dear guests. Here you can enjoy in a unique atmosphere with a great view on the town, the harbour and the sea. Terraces are ideal for fantastic moments of relax in the sun or for pleasant evening dinners enjoying in an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub and sun-beds or under the shade in an open-air living room.

House has wireless broadband Internet. There is a private parking spot in front of the house.
