Searching for a great place for your quiet vacation in Croatia?

This newly renovated romantic apartment with a comfortable shaded terrace with the sea view is located in the beautiful small sea town Sutivan on the northern part of Island Brac.

It’s located on the 1st floor of the small building in a quiet spot, a bit away from the center.

It’s just 2 min walking to the beach with the crystal clear sea and 8 min to the center of Sutivan.

Its comfortable terrace has the sea view to Split and mainland across.

It also has a table, comfortable chairs and fan so you can enjoy your drink or meal with the sea view.

Apartment has one bedroom with comfortable double bed and a fan.

Living room has a cozy sofa sleeping two people and also has a large 42” LED TV and air condition unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a massage shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

Iron and ironing board can also be provided.

Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

You can also use shared outside grill for free.

Building has its own parking spot, free for you to use.


All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.

Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

Pets are surcharged 10 EUR/pet/night.


Please threat this apartment as your own. Watch out not to break anything, don't make excessive noise to other residents in the building and leave it tidy.

Also don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Sutivan is a small quiet town and port on northwest side of Brač, the highest and largest Dalmatian island situated across Split.
It’s ideal for quiet romantic or family vacation.
Sutivan Bay has a couple of very pretty beaches - our favourite is the one you get to before the little town but there is a town beach too so you are never far from refreshment or lunch on a beach here.
There is a lovely lane right on the sea edge, perfect for walking or cycling that is just gorgeous for taking in the scenery and sea views which stretch right across to the Split Riviera from here - stunning and fantastic for pondering as you raise your eyes from a book for a few moments…


**** Getting around:

Bus station is 800m away from the house.

Every day there are numeorus ferry lines from Split to Supetar on Island Brač. Ride time is 50 min.

There are also numerous bus lines from Supetar to Sutivan, which is 8 km of distance from Supetar.

Split airport is 25 km from Split and train station is right next to the Split ferryport.

If you're coming by airplane, I can organize you car transport from the airport to the ferryport in Split for a cheap price.
