The apartment was very modern, spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 9 nights and there was no offer to change out linen and towels after 7 which was disappointing. Also we paid an initial deposit and when I rang the day before arrival to confirm, the receptionist asked if she could take the remaining balance from our account. I agreed but when I looked at our bank statement an extra $106.00 was taken. We queried this on arrival to be told it was a credit card charge from the bank!!! Ours was a debit card so straight out of our account. In the past we have paid an initial deposit and then the balance on arrival and have never incurred this extra charge. Very annoying. Also when talking to the lady on the phone the day before this charge was not mentioned! The actual resort is lovely and in a great position on the river but just check what you are being charged!

Great apartment, pool, location, we loved it. Note there are no lifts we struggled to get suitcases up the stairs. Also no beach towels provided- extra to hire them, apartment was already expensive so I think they should have been included.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. The apartment was recently refurbished and it had a great layout and was tastefully furnished and styled. The size allowed the three of us to enjoy the space comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances were new and good quality. We especially enjoyed the view of the river from the balcony and the location was very peaceful. It was an easy flat walk to Hastings Street or Noosaville. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this property is very out dated, very tired and disappointing. For the money we definitely expected much more. The photos do not convey the tiredness of the rooms so was just very dissatisfied with what we got for the money. The staff were lovely and sheets were clean thank goodness.

Wonderful resort
Wonderful, relaxing location and facilities. Apartment comfortable, had everything needed for a really great break away. Only issue was noise in park & restaurants next door well into the night, if unit is in this side. Not the resorts fault, however I’m not sure the noise level wouldn’t be council approved. Worth looking into as it kept us all awake. Otherwise would be perfect,

Room was great with excellent river views. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff were friendly. Although there were a lot of resort rules to follow.

We loved our stay. Enjoyed the walk into Hastings street and close to Noosaville restaurants and shops. The gardens, pool, bbq area and jetty are wonderfully maintained. The river view is relaxing and accomodation fantastic.

Older style apartment - but with a lovely view
Nice stay in an apartment overlooking the river. Great views of the river & sunset. Good large pool, & good location - walking distance to Hastings Street. Apartment itself - though clean - was tired & a bit old & in need of an upgrade, old style kitchen & bathroom, stained carpets in the bedroom. Could do with a makeover!

Loved this resort-awesome views of the river and easy access into Hastings Street as well as into Noosaville. Apartments had all you could need for a great holiday.

Great place to stay.
We had a very relaxing time at Noosa Shores. The unit, where we stayed, was especially calming due to river frontage. We had the sun glisten on us every morning while we had our breakfast on the balcony. Kelly, was very accommodating and got us two pillows for our comfort. For future travellers just some tips: If you like a decent coffee brew (Melbournites that's you!!) - bring your own machine. Plunger available. Tea drinkers - bring your own quality tea (small amount of sugar provided so go shopping if desperate). I would provide instructions on -how to get local TV stations, -which remotes are for what, -advice on best restaurants and take away, etc. -A list of emergency numbers. Pillows were great but main bed needs replacing. It's very wobbly. Lastly, unit numbers could be inscribed outside each block of units where there's a blank metal sheets near the large doors outside. This will help locate the correct unit for travellers. Please do not take this as criticism but a few ideas for improvement.

OK but needs improvement
Our apartment was super clean and spacious with a modern refurb, in a good location and a great view of the pool area and river. However the owner seems to have skimped on the interiors somewhat with an extremely old and uncomfortable bed that offered no back support at all, rickety old wooden chairs on the balcony that were so uncomfortable we couldn’t use them and a Foxtel system that was so old and stopped working in the middle of our stay. Kelly at the desk was friendly and helpful when we mentioned the bed issue and flipped the mattress for us to try and make things more comfortable and called the owner to order a new mattress but unfortunately was not able to rectify the situation during our stay. A comfortable bed is a pretty basic requirement and fairly critical to the enjoyment of a property and I have tried to consider the overall experience in my rating. We had a good stay overall but any longer sleeping on that bed and we would have done serious damage to our backs.

The apartment was perfect, nice and big. All apartments overlooking the pool and river. Ian and Kelly were fantastic always up for a chat and a laugh. They were very helpful and recommended some amazing places to visit. Bus at front door or a 20min walk to Hastings Street. Definitely will return.

A lovely place to stay
We had a thoroughly enjoyable two nights stay. Great location, comfortable apartment and lovely view. So convenient, walking distance to Hastings Street and a two minute walk from a Noosa Ferry stop

Great location. Make sure you request a newly refurbished apartment. The apartment I booked had stains on the carpet, marks on walls and hadn't been maintained. The amenities provided was underwhelming. For a 2 bedroom apartment - there wasn't enough crockery (Matching set) for 4 people. The fridge (freezer) wasn't fully operational and expensive seafood defrosted. The smell coming from the main bathroom was putrid. The location of side tables in the main bedroom meant you couldn't fully access the wardrobe.

Highly Recommended and will be back
We've stayed at Noosa Shores Resort a couple of times now. Fantastic accomodation with beatiful views over the Noosa river and great spot to watch the sun go down from the pool or while the kids are fishing on the jetties. The staff are very attentive and deal with any issues quickly and efficiently - nothing is too much trouble. A short 10 minute walk to Hastings Street coupled with some fantastic restaurants just next door make this a fantastic spot. Highly recommended and we will be back again!

Beautiful location. Lovely modern well maintained unit. Hot water system just needs to be larger as we continued to run out of hot water when showering. Other than this.. very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Perfect spot in the Perfect place
Noosa Shores Resort is in the perfect spot and is a beautiful property. Fully equipped - you could easily live in the place. Really friendly reception and check in. Quick and easy and key drop on check out. Car parking allocated for each apartment. Heated pool in QLD 'winter' was a real bonus
