«The property itself is beautiful and quirky which we loved. The kitchen train carriage is also great and it's a wonderful area to stay in. Breakfast was OK, but very basic. Our main issue was privacy - which varies depending on the room you're in. This was not accurately described in our opinion and we were disappointed to discover our bedroom faced directly onto a shared verandah. «Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! »

«Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. »
