«My wife and I booked this stay 4 months in advance, looking forward to a stay after the crowds of summer had gone. Our stay was during Labor Day week and we were not disappointed. We could see the ocean from our 2nd floor room and walk to the water's edge in maybe 3-4 minutes. « The host and owner were very quick to return our text and pleasant when helping us. Everything was very clean! The room was quite small and had we read previous reviews we would have known that fact. The only two issues we had were there being only a microwave and fridge; and we were on the third floor. «We enjoyed our stay at the property, especially that it was ground level. Everything was clean and as described in the ad. We had some trouble working the lock but we did figure it out. The wicker furniture was a bit dated but did not detract from the unit. We would stay there again.»

The surrounding area was being developed with new homes so during the course of the day, you would hear construction equipment and homes being built, but that didn’t start until 8 AM and it ended by 5 PM.
