«We were in SB for 5 nights, and Unit 6D provided a prefect home base for us. It was clean, check in was super easy, and just 1 block east of State Street. We could walk to the market, restaurants and shops in SB, and also up to the Old Mission through beautiful neighborhoods. We needed fresh towels and a simple text request was answered quickly and house keeping dropped them off. The unit was bright, clean, and wifi was great as we needed to do some remote work. «We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and updated Penthouse which was actually very quiet. It was especially nice to leave our car in the parking lot most of our visit since we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a 2 1/2 hour bike tour in town our first day there. I would definitely recommend this gem to family and friends!»

«My friends and I just loved the town of Carpenteria and the Tropic Shores condo was the best place to enjoy all the town had to offer. We walked 3 blocks into town and 1 block to the beach. What a treasure. We all plan to return.»

«We came back so relaxed and refreshed! The place offers all that you need; beautiful location with proximity to everything, great sized rooms, spotless clean, quiet street, free parking, what else?
