«House was clean and great to stay in. Quiet and only 5 min to town. Beds were comfy. There was no coffee, lotion or a blow dryer anywhere in the house. Not a big deal but just for awareness for others. The blow dryer was the biggest inconvenience. My only real complaint is that customer service was terrible. I emailed over a week before our stay to ask about extra dogs, received a reply stating it was an extra 150 for the weekend for one dog. When I responded that’s not what the listing stated ...

«Lovely short stay at Birch Bay. Property was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a small family reunion. Location was windswept (it was early March, so unsurprising!). Beds were very comfy. House warmed up quickly when the furnace was put on, although we had to turn it off overnight as we found it a little noisy, but that was our personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great property.»
