The location is perfect, only steps away from the public beach access where you can explore the tide flats, dig for clams and enjoy beach combing. You are also close the berm where you can stroll along to local favorites like the Birch Bay C-shop, the Farmers Market, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, paddle boards and other beach rentals. A little further you will find restaurants, brew pub, coffee shops and more. You can always sit on a beach log and enjoy one of Birch Bays spectacular sunsets.
Our studio-plus bungalow is tastefully decorated and provides many comforts of home, perfect for a quick vacation or cozy relax and recharge space. You will enter the property from the gate off of the lane, up two steps onto a shared deck/entry area which has a privacy partition for your bungalow. Upon entry you will find that the kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, sink, two burner stove top, microwave, keurig, toaster oven and much more. Stocked with utensils, dishes and cutlery you will find all you need to prepare a light snack or a nice meal. There is a comfy Queen size bed in the bedroom and a small futon in the kitchenette area set up and ready for your stay. There is one bathroom with a shower and plenty of towels and face clothes for your stay. Two smart TV's are provided for you to sign onto your streaming services using your own passwords. There is a small washer and dryer designed for small loads of laundry and is available for your use. Complimentary WIFI is also provided.
Although this is a studio-plus size bungalow, the owner has truly made it a welcoming space with all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay.
