«This is our go to Hotel when we go to Bellingham, it is clean and they provide a really good complimentary breakfast bar. However our ongoing complaint and we have mentioned it several times to the staff is the PILLOWS. They are horrible which makes it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. »

«The climate control system took forever to cool down. Woke up at 2:20am because the fan was too loud. It turns out the room was 75 degrees. By 6:30 am it had cooled to just 73 degrees —not fun, especially for $247.»

«The lobby smelled when we first went it. The one guy practically accused me of stealing towels. We had 1 towel in our room and went to front desk and he basically accused me of stealing for I had not mentioned it sooner. The guy that checked us in was nice, but the guy in the morning was rude and disrespectful. The bed was ok and the area was quiet but the lobby smelled and the staff was not helpful or nice at all»
