1/5 — Avoid at all costs Paid for a double room, arrived to find only 1 bed. Asked for 2 beds as booked — they wanted extra payment. Dead cockroaches on the floor, insects crawling in the bathroom and kitchen. The entire place is worn down and falling apart — they've slapped the name "Luxia" on an old, tired building with the cheapest possible renovation and called it luxury. It's not. Pool access costs extra per person per day — it's buried so deep in the booking fine print that nobody sees it. Classic bait and switch. Reception was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. The only positive is the view from floor 36 — which tells you everything about how bad everything else is. They've changed their name multiple times — probably because reviews like this keep catching up with them. Save yourself. Book anywhere else.
