«Fun place to stay! Great location close to breakfast places, bars, dinner options, and public transport»

«Overpriced, forgot to make room, mushrooms tasted like soap. A fabulous weekend. »

«Wasn’t aware I was booked in even though I’d had a confirmation email. Rather than get angry I slept on a sofa with bedding provided.»

«Det var et greitt opphold. Rommet var tilfredsstillende, med eget bad som var helt greitt. Det var et felles kjøkken og oppholdsrom, med kjøleskap som var fylt med varer for å lage frokost, som du lager selv, men også til å lage seg mat til alle tider. Rommet kunne vært rengjort oftere, og sengetøy skiftet 1 eller 2 ganger. Ikke så enkelt å tilkalle personell, men ringeklokke ved inngangsdøra tilkalte personellet. «Best value for money ever! Beautiful staff, large room and good location👍»

«The room was okay for two nights. Near the Norbury train station, like 5min away. The staff was kind and polite. However, we found that was a bit far for us from main places in London.»

«This is not a hotel, it is a house with digital locks on the doors. Location on maps is wrong. I had to call someone to find the house and for them to let me in. Bathroom is not nice, the sink and shower are clearly blocked. Bedroom was okay but very basic. The person on the phone was helpful but I also got locked out of my room at 5am and couldn't get back in until I sent a message on WhatsApp. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend staying here.»

«Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location.»

«I arrive door open everything was open looks like squatter»

«Just average. The room is quite large, and have fridge. The bathroom is very small, and there was very low pressure of the warm water. Also smelled like old bathrooms with water lekage, that should have been maintained better. There is a kitchen for shared use and fridge with basic food. It is a plus to be able to cook, and take your breakfast when it fits you.»

«The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the ...
