«The staff were excellent. The hotel restaurant is excellent. They will move coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave to your room on request free of charge.
For ice you will need to go to the hotel restaurant and get a bucket. There is no free breakfast included with stay, however there is great dining both in the hotel and in the local area.
The layout of the hotel is quite nice, with a very relaxed, classy, warm vibe.»

«the location was great as far as distance to our daughter's university, however, for the price paid, we were shocked about the housekeeping noise level at 9am on a Sunday morning that woke us all up. The banging and noise level was unacceptable. I can understand the need to turn over the room, however, they are really not set up as a hotel. Room floor was dusty and dirty as evidenced by the bottom of our socks. Will never stay here again for the price. Management needs to get their act ...

«Valueable and nice hotel. A bit difficult to find for taxidriver, because of change of name on the street. You don`t find Polett Walk on the GPS. Breakfast is included. The hotel is safe located on the University campus, but outside the campus I would not be walking late in the night. Short way to the Metro which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. I would stay there again.»

«It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but ...

«wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and ...
