The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block.
Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split and, even on low fan with the temp set to 72, it was like an ice box inside. Overhead 5K lighting is terrible and feels so bad. These lights should never, ever, be used indoors. The water was not hot, the shower head, was lame and not adjustable, the sink and tub were small. The desk was absolutely TINY.
While there is a kitchen, there were no supplies like paper towels, soap, dishwasher soap, a drying rack, a tea kettle, a toaster, or anything. We asked and they were not offered. The freezer did have an ice maker.
The bed was nice. Good sheets and pillows and a softer mattress made that nice.
We left a day early and were not offered any refund or even a thank you.
