I recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was an okay experience. The room was fairly clean and the location is decent close enough to everything we needed, which made getting around convenient.
However, there were a couple of issues that really impacted our stay. The biggest problem was the shower the water would turn cold, which made it pretty uncomfortable. After a long day, you expect a hot shower, so that was definitely disappointing.
Our main reason for booking this hotel was the pool, and unfortunately that was the biggest letdown. The pool was way over-chlorinated. I’m not someone who usually complains about chlorine levels I understand pools need it but this was on another level. The smell was extremely strong, it burned our eyes, and it was actually affecting my breathing. It completely ruined our pool experience, which was the highlight we were looking forward to.
With some adjustments to the water temperature and better pool maintenance, this place could be much better. Right now, though, those issues made the stay less enjoyable than it should have been.
