«We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future.»

«The gym was ok, there were no free weights and it could use a good cleaning. There were no towels available and I don't think a staff member has been in there for a long time. The staff member at the front desk was not very personable. I booked the room in part because the hotel has a pool but when I arrived they told me it wasn't open. I wish I had known that beforehand, that information should be advertised. »

Left for an appointment and when we returned, another staff at the front desk didn’t believe us when we asked for a different room. She went to the room and confirmed it was leaking but said there was no availability. She then contacted the staff from the previous shift and confirmed everything. Finally found another room. «Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. Frankly ...

«The staff were nice, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time so there was a significant wait, there were a number of people in the lobby waiting. Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either.»

«The staffs grandmother was exceptionally rude and I caught the staff looking through the vent in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also my wife and I were experiencing some car trouble and we called to let them know we were running a little late that we were planning on staying I just had to get the car to fixed and we would be on the way. The staff charged us a late fee even though we had planned on staying. We paid the late fee and got our belongings and got a room somewhere else due to ...

«The room had mold underneath the sink. The wood was rotting. The picture frames were cracked and falling apart. The room was clean. That’s about all very disappointed. Had to get a different room that night. And the other room, the toilet paper thing was falling off the wall, and there were some wires underneath the heater old telephone wires that were bare wires not safe at all.»
