«Pros- clean room, everything worked properly, food in the a al carte restaurants was good (shout out to Jorge in the Italian restaurant. He was sooooo good), entertainment staff were great (particularly Jailen).
Cons- the service in the restaurants was TERRIBLE. 90 percent of the time we had to wave over wait staff for water or coffee and most of the time we had to get up and get it ourselves. When you do get their attention, they are slow. Bartenders are understaffed. Many of the staff ...

«W is a kind of action party vibe brand with music speakers and noise everywhere, even at the “quiet” pool. Not somewhere if you want tranquil relaxation. Building is a deep. V to the sea so ocean view is a side view. Non ocean view rooms look on to neighbouring vegetation. Chef is a highlight - food high standard in all restaurants though perhaps would become limited after a while. Some really great members of staff - others still learning. »

«The beach view was astonishing, you can enjoy it practically from every room, the room spotless clean.
The staff very professional and friendly, always showing genuine hospitality. We were very impressed, and I have to tell you we have been in many 5 stars, specially in both coasts of Florida.
Definitely recommend… and we want to return there soon!😎😌😊»
